Introduce yourself
My Name is Ken’s Dying, as all artist they are the next big thing, or next up, I don’t feel that way. I feel that I’m an artist trying to find his way out by doing something he loves.
Where are you from? What is the music scene like there
I’m from Lafayette, Louisiana. I’m not the person to ask about Louisiana’s Music actually! It’s funny but I only listen to Autumn, Kash Kenji, and Myself. Nothing against any artist here it’s just I understand my music only. I have a wide variety of sounds that I love experimenting with and I feel that listening to myself make me become better!
You seem to have a quickly growing fanbase, how does it feel to finally have so many eyes on you in such a short amount of time?
It feels great but that’s what I don’t worry about. Yes I’m told I going to make it, but in my eyes, thinking about making it big will f*ck up the dream and I won’t achieve anything bc my mind will be so filled with “clout”/fame. I don’t let this fame get to my head. I’m just worried about myself and my D1s (Day 1s).
Your cover artwork and your music tie in very well, what inspired your smooth and melancholic sound?
I inspire myself. I’ve always hid my feelings deep down and my energy inside. Eventually, I picked up the mic and expressed my feelings by telling stories about anything or something that has happened to me! I felt like no one would understand so I quit for a week haha and then I told myself I can do it! Music has always been like my journal but someone picked it up and found it. Next thing I know, I wake up and someone tells me I’m on Apple Music and Spotify...WHICH BLEW MY MIND! I’m just proud of myself and I thank all my supporters.
You seem to collaborate with many producers, what is your process like while choosing beats and who are your favorites to work with?
Man, Where to start! I’m very picky when it comes to beats, This is no joke! When I get a beat I can vibe to or snap on, that’s the beat I’ll choose. My favorite producers? I’d have to say Kassgocrazy (@kassgocrazy); WhoIsWido (@whoiswido); Devislit (@devislit); ThrillBoy (@thrillboybeats) and Woodpecker Beats! Shoutout Gang!!
What music did you listen to growing up? Some of your music has a very heavyhearted and cinematic feel to it.
Peep. Lil Peep....RIP POPS. I’m more on the dark/goth sound/style. I listened to Lil Tracy, $uicideBoy$, Night Lovell, Pouya, Fat Nick, Yung Goth, ColdHart, and Izzo Kenpachi! But other than that Lil Peep. Every word he spoke I understood.
You mention a lot of heartbreak in your music. Any advice for anyone going through relationship related heartbreak?
Fuck HeartBreak! Get ya ass up and do something to make you feel better. I’m messing but seriously don’t stay down in a dark hole or you’ll be miserable your whole life. Tell yourself to get your ass up and stop thinking for a moment and realize you didn’t lose anything at all. That heartbreak was some light. You’ll feel more mental pain than that so you have to teach yourself to brush it off and keep going!
Films? Video games? Anime? What are you into besides music?
I’m Really Into Anime...SHOUTOUT TO THE GODS OF ANIME. Y’all ever watched Naruto or DragonBall Z? That’s childhood shit for me! But any anime with lots of fighting or gore mannnn count me in I’m watching that! My Dad put me on! I thank him! Anime really teaches you a lot about life if you really study it! That’s why I watch it. Makes me feel powerful too!
What is it like being Autumn’s roomate? What is the story behind meeting him? How has he inspired you?
It’s nothing special guys! He’s literally my big brother! I really love it though, we go on with our day sharing music and giving each other ideas before we record! I love it! Man when our ideas come together...it’s something crazy!

If y’all don’t know what “##ATTC: ##T1BD” means well it means “ And Then They Came: The First Born Demon” I’m feel like I’m the first demon to be born on this Earth. Next?, well right now I’m dropping singles for now until my big tape is done.
